BERLIN, Sept. 26, 2017—Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) introduced today the Trimble® T10 tablet, a rugged, high-performance data processing platform suitable for a variety of survey and Geographic Information System (GIS) applications. The Trimble T10 provides the processing power of a laptop computer in tablet form, enhancing efficiencies for geospatial users in the field. The announcement was made today at INTERGEO 2017, the world's largest conference on geodesy, geoinformatics and land management.The T10 tablet is an ideal platform for large data sets such as point clouds, images, maps and other complex or processor-intensive data. The T10 is based on Windows® 10, features a powerful Intel® 6th Generation Core™ i7 processor and can run commercially available field and office applications. Features include:

Trimble's New Total Station Provides Millimeter Accuracy for Monitoring Applications

 

Trimble S5 Ti-M Features FineLock Technology—Locks onto Targets with Precision in Congested Work Areas 


SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 12, 2017—Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced today the release of a new monitoring device, the Trimble® S5 Ti-M total station. The S5 Ti-M was specifically designed as a powerful, yet cost-effective solution scalable for monitoring projects of any size, from short-term jobs to multi-year construction operations. The S5 Ti-M's performance and capability is ideal for the monitoring of buildings above tunnel construction and close to excavation sites. It is also well suited for monitoring the subsidence of road surfaces and embankments. The total station is built to withstand the rigors of the most challenging environments and the most extreme work conditions.The S5 Ti-M features Trimble's FineLock™ technology provides a pointing precision of less than 1 millimeter at a distance of 300 meters. FineLock is a smart tracker sensor with a narrow field of view that enables the Trimble S5 Ti-M to detect a target without interference from surrounding prisms—an important feature when operating in congested worksites where multiple optical devices may be running in close proximity to one another.   The S5 Ti-M provides millimeter-level accuracy and 3D position information for buildings and other structures. Ruggedized and Highly Accurate Data Collection for GIS Professionals  


SAN DIEGO, Calif., June 28, 2016—Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) introduced today its Trimble® TDC100 handheld data collector. An entry-level Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) device for a variety of Geographic Information System (GIS) applications, the Trimble TDC100 combines both smartphone and ruggedized data collection capabilities in a single, mobile device. The Android-based TDC100 is flexible and can run commercially available or in-house developed applications on a professional, IP-67 ruggedized platform with a sunlight readable display and user replaceable batteries. The built-in GNSS receiver also provides real-time accuracy.

 

The announcement was made at the Esri User Conference.

 

The Trimble TDC100 is available in two models for the budget-conscious GIS professional. Both models are available with an Android operating system and Wi-Fi, with an optional 4G LTE cellular version. Outfitted with a bright, high-resolution 5.3 inch display, an 8 MP (Wi-Fi model) or 13 MP (4G LTE model) camera, and Li-Ion batteries in standard (3100mAh) or enhanced (4800mAh) capacity, the TDC100 supports GPS, GLONASS and BeiDou as well as Satellite-Based Augmentation System (SBAS) capabilities to leverage improved real-time accuracy.

Expanded Correction Service Portfolio Offers New Real-Time, 
High-Accuracy Service for Mapping and GIS Professionals


SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 29, 2016—Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) announced today the availability of its new FieldPoint RTX™ correction service for geospatial positioning applications. Powered by Trimble RTX™ technology, the multi-constellation correction service offers horizontal accuracy up to 10 centimeters (4 inches) at 1-sigma standard deviation or 20 centimeters (8 inches) at 2-sigma, without requiring the use of a base station or local VRS network.

FieldPoint RTX correction service is now available with the Trimble R2 GNSS receiver and the GIS version of the Trimble Geo 7X handheld for a broad range of applications requiring decimeter accuracy.     

Delivered via L-band satellite or IP, FieldPoint RTX is an ideal choice for geospatial professionals who are not using RTK as their primary correction source. The service can be used for mobile data collection and fixed asset management by utilities, municipalities and government agencies that require repeatable, high-accuracy GNSS corrections at a reasonable cost.
